Daniel Loretti
Daniel started in the voice-over industry at 15 and has never stopped since then. He worked on several important radio stations in Brazil and Senac São Paulo as a Broadcast-Radio course instructor. He provided jobs for several advertising agencies and later in 1999 started his own voice-over company.
Before started IVR Prompts, he managed his company in Brazil. Voicetel has provided more than 6000 audio productions for IVR / Telephone Waiting systems for companies of all sizes, from Brazilian banks to small home offices. He also has a deep knowledge of telecom and network systems, essential for IVR systems. Currently, he lives in Richmond Hill, Canada, where he manages his business.

Andreia is the Co-founder of Voicetel and graduated in computer networking. She leads our business in Brazil and Latin America.
Andréia is always ready to serve your company. She also manages projects for IVR and On-Hold Messages. She loves what she does and treats your requests with feminine attention and affection.
